My experience is more about inner journey and the world and the experience did last about 4 hours.
For the first hour, its very mild, then it started to become intense in 2.5 to 3 hours into the reality, unsure of the blurred lines on what’s real while my eyes closed.
I was alone in my apartment and to say that it did justice to what I have been hoping for in terms of being stress free and worry free. I have ADHD and it’s a struggle in everyday life, especially work.

Another way to prepare the ceremony is to use sage. Burn the sage and clean the room beforehand.
Aya took me couple of experiences to feel relief in my shoulder and back stiffness. It did helped a lot and I always this was possible with Ayahuasca. Blessings and good journey!
