Was happy with my ish right out the gate, but ran into an issue after the second charge. I shot off an email with a couple pics, describing/showing my issue and had a new one in my mailbox within a few days. You can’t beat customer service and a company that stands behind their product/word like that. I’m actually back now to buy a few more for family and friends. This wasn’t my first vape, but it is the first auto draw I’ve purchased and I def prefer it to any of the push buttons I currently own. Also love the small size and that the charge lasts for days longer than all but one of my others. It does take a while to fully charge, but again, an hour or so every 5 days isn’t bad, imo, and I use my ish many, many times throughout the day/night. I find that I don’t really miss the variable temps my other batteries have either and I don’t get much of a clogging issue, which happens regularly with the others. Overall, I really like this pen and have nothing but good things to say about the company.

I have now owned a few of these and have even had them warranty one or two white great customer service. I am hard on my batteries and the little guys hold up great. Typically the battery starts to show wear from your pocket long before it starts to loose it’s ability to hold a charge. I would say to not expect something like a year with daily use however these things perform great for months! At their price point, customer service, and performance, how can you go wrong and not give it a 5 star. I highly recommend this battery.

I’m a new vaper and love how small and simple this battery is. I had a different one from another company and it had to preheat (to the correct V which I had no idea because of my newness) and then I had to push a button on inhale, then push the button to turn it off (leaving me guessing if it really was…)
I love this! Just charge it up – screw on your cart and enjoy. It doesn’t overheat (burn) your oil so it doesn’t mess with the taste at all. Super discreet, so happy I got one.
